Yael Calara emerged from 10 years of facing market challenges in the Garments and Food Industry; and Yangky Tamayo has re engineered himself in Real Estate Service from 30 years of Hospital and School Administration and concurrent 25 years in Financial Management under a single group of companies- University of Perpetual Help System. The Partner’s first union in real estate was in 2008 when the UPHS Group of companies divested in the development of a housing project in Lipa, Batangas. This is where they found their passion in providing quality constructed homes at affordable prices. This development was called “Palm Crest Ridge Estate” under Laperal Tamayo and Sons Development Corp. (LATAS DECO). After consolidation and successful transition to a major developer in 2009 the partners moved on to break away from their principal developer to incorporate on their own to independently pursue their passion of tending need for value. Six years of Real Estate experience has nurtured the company to cover inventory from areas nationwide with a network focus in Metro Manila and South of Metro Manila. It has a 60 agent and co-brokers network combined circling it’s wide based clientele ranging from low to high level markets in the Philippines and to other foreign nationalities.
