Love month is almost over, but loving yourself shouldn’t be seasonal.
𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚. It’s not always grand gestures or romantic moments, sometimes it looks like setting boundaries without guilt, choosing rest over burnout, going to therapy, taking your medication, allowing yourself to feel, and walking away from what disrupts your peace.
