𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚. It’s not always grand gestures or romantic moments, sometimes it looks like setting boundaries without guilt, choosing rest over burnout, going to therapy, taking your medication, allowing yourself to feel, and walking away from what disrupts your peace.

Real love begins with how gently you treat your own mind and how bravely you choose your healing. 🤍

For many years, previous generations endured in silence, suppressing their struggles as means of survival because they lacked the language and safe spaces to express them. The current generation is fighting for something different—acknowledging the wound rather than denying it. Awareness is not weakness; it is the first step towards healing.

Pagod na agad sa umpisa ng taon? Maaaring nakakaranas ka ng "𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙚". Ito ay nangyayari kapag ang pagod, stress, at bigat na naranasan mo noong nakaraang taon ay hindi pa napapahinga o napoproseso, kaya dala-dala mo pa rin ito pagpasok ng bagong taon.

Ano ang mga karaniwang nararamdaman?
• Pagod kahit kakasimula pa lang ng taon
• Kawalan ng gana o sigla
• Madaling mairita o parang manhid sa emosyon
• Hirap mag-focus sa mga gawain
• Nakokonsensya dahil iniisip na “wala pa naman akong ginagawa, bakit pagod na ako?”

𝙋𝙖𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙡𝙖: Hindi ito kahinaan, hindi ito kakulangan. Ito ay sinyales ng katawan at isip na may mga pagod at emosyon na hindi pa natatapos iproseso, kaya sapat na pahinga ay kailangan.

Hindi mo agad kailangan maging "Bagong Tao" sa "Bagong Taon".

Madalas iniisip natin tuwing Bagong Taon ay ang pagbabago sa ating pagkatao—na kailangan mas successful, mas may malinaw na direksyon, o mas maging “better version” tayo sa nakaraang mga taon. Pero hindi nasusukat ang progess sa kung gaano kabilis o kalaki ang pagbabago. Minsan, ito ang pagpili mong umintindi bago husgahan ang sarili, bumangon at magpatuloy kahit hindi perpekto.

Be gentle and patient with yourself.
Ginagawa mo ang makakaya mo. 💙
