James “Haime” Soliven is a distinguished Event Director, NGO Founder, educator, and humanitarian whose leadership has created meaningful impact in Mindanao and across the global Filipino community. Recognized as Mindanao's Man of Influence and Leadership Excellence in Event Production and Advocacy, he is celebrated for his dedication to service, community empowerment, and transformative leadership.

For 14 years, Haime has been an Overseas Filipino Worker in Malaysia, where he has devoted his skills, compassion, and leadership to uplift fellow Filipinos and support various social causes. He is the Founder and International Leader of The Filipino Helping-Hands Malaysia (TFHHM), a non-profit organization established in 2015 that continues to assist OFWs through welfare services, crisis support, outreach missions, and community development programs. Under his steadfast guidance, TFHHM has become a trusted pillar of support for Filipinos in Malaysia.

Haime is also the CEO and Event Director of Jam Stars Events and Productions, a Malaysia-based company known for delivering innovative cultural shows, concerts, and large-scale community events. In addition to his event leadership, he is a dedicated Caregiver Instructor and Lecturer, equipping aspiring caregivers with essential knowledge and professional skills.

His humanitarian commitments extend further: he is a devoted Volunteer of the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) and served as a DSWD Volunteer at the Philippine Embassy in Malaysia from 2015 to 2024, where he assisted distressed OFWs, supported welfare programs, and contributed to repatriation and emergency aid efforts.

As a passionate advocate against Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), Haime actively promotes awareness, education, and community protection for vulnerable individuals.

Proudly hailing from Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, Mindanao, James “Haime” Soliven continues to embody compassion, integrity, and servant leadership—uplifting lives and championing meaningful causes across borders.

On October 23, 2025, the Sultan Kudarat District Hospital (SKDH) officially launched the PhilHealth YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan Program).

This program aims to provide accessible, affordable, and comprehensive primary care services to all registered PhilHealth Konsulta members. During the launch, SKDH conducted on-site registration and enrollment, health screening, medical consultation, dispensing of medicines, and laboratory services for the community.

Together, we move towards a healthier and more inclusive Sultan Kudarat, embracing every Filipino’s right to quality healthcare.

YAKAP Launching sa SKDH!

Noong Oktubre 23, 2025, inilunsad sa Sultan Kudarat District Hospital ang YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan Program) ng PhilHealth sa pangunguna ni Dr. Henry Lastimoso, kasama ang ating Philhealth Representative Sir Airetz Lastrilla.. Layunin nitong mas mapalapit ang serbisyong pangkalusugan sa bawat pamilya.

Kasabay ng launching, nagsagawa ang SKDH ng enrollment at screening, pamimigay ng gamot, at libreng laboratory services para sa mga benepisyaryo.

WORLD PATIENT SAFETY DAY 2025 🧡🌍

Sultan Kudarat District Hospital joins the global community in celebrating World Patient Safety Day 2025 with the theme:
“Safe Care for Every Newborn and Every Child”
and the slogan: “Patient Safety from the Start.”

Through a lecture delivered by our ROD Dr Yayo Avergonzado, interactive games, and distribution of hygiene kits, we highlighted the importance of safe hospital practices, hygiene, and infection prevention to ensure that our newborns and children receive the safest care possible.

We extend our gratitude to our Chief of Hospital, Henry Lastimoso for supporting the event, our dedicated health workers, patients, and watchers who actively participated in today’s activities. Special thanks to Mayor Ronan Eugene C. Garcia of Kalamansig for generously providing hygiene kits for our patients.

Together, let us build a culture of safety—because every child deserves a healthy and secure start in life. 💙🧡
