PTSI-ACCD SCREENS OVER 666 PATIENTS IN NAGA CITY 🫁🩻 — FOR FREE!

From October 24–25 and 27–29, we successfully conducted tuberculosis (TB) screening for 666 patients from various barangays in Naga City, including individuals from the Missionaries of the Poor and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). PTSI-Albay Chest Clinic & Dispensary brought their Mobile Xray Van as well as the UPCXR or the Ultraportable Chest Xray that made it possible to cater all people in the society.

This is made possible through the strong partnership and support of the Naga City Health Office (CHO) I & II, Naga City Government with Mayor Leni Robredo, Philippine College of Chest Physicians, Physicians for Peace and the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) Naga.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Lira Sinagpulo, Ms. Delmari Novelo, and Ms. Yaga Enrile Ballon for their invaluable contributions to the success of this activity.

As TB cases in Naga have risen to over 800, this effort is part of our ongoing commitment to prevent and control the spread of tuberculosis in the city.

Together, let us continue working towards a healthier and TB-free Naga City. 💚
