NOW HIRING: REGISTERED MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (RMT)

We are inviting qualified and passionate Registered Medical Technologists to join our dedicated team at Washington Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Laboratory.

🔬 Basic Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Medical Technologist with a valid PRC license
Open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates
Proficient in clinical laboratory tests and procedures (hematology, urinalysis, clinical microscopy, serology, etc.)
Familiar with drug testing procedures and DOH-accredited lab protocols is an advantage
Willing to work on mobile clinic assignments, including APE (Annual Physical Exams) and off-site medical missions
Flexible, with the ability to work on weekends and holidays when needed
Team player with good communication and documentation skills

🧪 Scope of Work:

Perform routine and special laboratory tests
Assist in pre-employment, annual physical exams.
Participate in remote collection and fieldwork using mobile clinic equipment
Ensure compliance with quality control and infection control standards
Maintain laboratory records and inventory
