BEAT THE HEAT
Stay Healthy and Safe This Summer.

1. DRINK WATER - Stay Hydrated and don't wait until you're thirsty.

2. AVOID PEAK TIME - Stay indoor during this time of 10am to 4pm if possible.

3. PROTECT YOUR EYES - Use sunglasses to protect your eyes from UV Rays.

4. WEAR SUNSCREEN - Wear your sunscreen before going outdoors. Reapply every 2 hours.

5. KEEP COOL - Protect your skin from direct sunlight to prevent sunburn.

6. SEEK SHADE - Use a tree, Umbrella or a tent to protect you from the sun.

7. LOOK BEFORE YOU LOCK - Never leave children or pets inside the car. Protect them from Heat Stroke.
