Today, we celebrate not just your tireless love and care, but your strength, your sacrifices, and your quiet resilience. Whether you're a mom on the go or a mother holding down the fort every day at home, you are the heart of your home and the soul of your family. Thank you for everything you do, seen and unseen. Happy Mother’s Day—you deserve all the love, peace, and joy in the world.

Mental Health–Focused Celebration Tips for Stay-at-Home Moms:

1. Create a Self-Care Morning Ritual: Start Mother’s Day with time just for you—whether it’s 15 minutes of quiet coffee, journaling, prayer, or simply doing nothing.

2. Disconnect from the Routine: Let this day break the cycle. Skip the chores if you can. Ask your family to take over, or plan something outside the usual—like a family walk, brunch, or even a picnic in the backyard.

3. Mental Reset Through Nature: Go outside. Time in nature helps reduce stress and restore mental clarity. A simple walk in the park or sitting in a garden can lift your mood.

4. Mindful Connection: Talk openly with loved ones about how you’re feeling—not just today, but in general. Being heard is healing.

5. Pamper Yourself Guilt-Free: Light a candle, take a long bath, or indulge in a hobby you’ve missed. Even an hour of uninterrupted "me time" can be mentally restorative.

We’re truly grateful to share that our clinic is now fully booked from April to June. Your continued support means the world to us.

As part of our pasasalamat and our ongoing commitment to mental health advocacy, we will continue to offer free counseling sessions during these months for individuals who may not have access to mental health services.
