2. Instill the Practice of a Healthy Lifestyle - We aim to help build a healthy community through youth participation and involvement as agents of behavioral change in health promotion and education towards a stronger nation.

3. Enhance Youth Leadership Skills through Service Delivery - Young people's leadership potential is honed by providing opportunities for direct involvement in the delivery of development and humanitarian services.

4. Advocate National/International Friendship - Young volunteers and leaders take part in promoting friendship and solidarity through intercultural and intergenerational dialogues and initiatives.
