❤️🩸 Successful Blood Letting Activity | February 13, 2026 🩸❤️

We are grateful to share that our recently conducted Blood Letting Activity held on February 13, 2026 at the NEMSU Lianga Conference Hall was a success!

Through the generosity and willingness of our volunteer donors, a total of 63 blood bags were successfully collected—each one a potential lifesaver.

This meaningful activity was made possible with the cooperation of North Eastern Mindanao State University – Lianga Campus and Adella Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center, whose support and commitment greatly contributed to its success.

February 03, 2026 | Food Safety Seminar | BJMP – Lianga District Jail

Another Food Safety Seminar was successfully conducted for the BJMP–Lianga District Jail, attended by BJMP Staff, PDL Cooks, and Kitchen-in-Charge personnel.

The activity focused on proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards to ensure the delivery of safe, nutritious, and hygienic meals within the facility. Strengthening food safety practices in custodial settings is essential in protecting the health and well-being of both personnel and persons deprived of liberty (PDLs).

Day 1 of the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) rollout was successfully conducted today in the Municipality of Lianga, Surigao del Sur. 💉✨

Health workers, parents, BLGU and Barangay Health Workers worked hand in hand to ensure the smooth implementation of the campaign aimed at protecting eligible children against measles and rubella.

🔹 Strong coordination among BLGU, health personnel, and community volunteers

The 4th Batch of the Food Safety Seminar was successfully conducted today January 19, 2026, with a total of 76 attendees composed of food business owners, food handlers, and stakeholders.

This activity is part of our continuing effort to promote safe, hygienic, and compliant food handling practices in our community.

- All food business establishments and food handlers are required to secure a Food Safety Seminar Certificate of Attendance/Completion as a prerequisite for the issuance of a Sanitary Permit and the processing of Health Cards.
