✨ Dalawang Parangal, Isang Layunin: Pagpapatibay sa Bawat Pasya ng Mag-asawa. ✨

Ang RHU Libungan ay buong pusong nagpapasalamat sa pagkilalang iginawad sa amin para sa aming dedikasyon sa Family Planning—pagbibigay ng ligtas, maayos, at makataong serbisyo na nakaugat sa Informed Choice and Voluntarism para sa bawat mag-asawa. 💑

Ang mga parangal na ito ay hindi lamang patunay ng tagumpay, kundi simbolo ng mas malusog na pamilya, mas matatag na komunidad, at mas maliwanag na kinabukasan.

📍 Ang Family Planning ay hindi lamang serbisyo—ito ay pangakong may dangal, kalusugan, at pag-asa.

Lubos ang aming pasasalamat sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Cotabato sa pamumuno ni Gobernadora Emmylou "Lala" Taliño-Mendoza, MNSA, sa pamamagitan ng Integrated Provincial Health Office sa pangangasiwa ni Dr. Eva C. Rabaya, at sa masigasig na suporta ni FP Provincial Coordinator Ms. Catherine S. Neo, RM.

Taos-puso rin ang pasasalamat sa LGU Libungan sa pamumuno ni Mayor Engr. Angel Rose L. Cuan, at sa Municipal Health Office sa pangunguna ni Dr. Nikki Regine Pader-Aying, RN, CFP, para sa walang sawang suporta at pagtutulungan tungo sa mas inklusibong serbisyong pangkalusugan.

💐 Isang malaking pagpupugay sa aming RHU staff at mga health workers—kayo ang tunay na bayani sa likod ng bawat counseling, bawat serbisyo, at bawat ngiting hatid ng maayos na pagpaplano ng pamilya. Salamat sa inyong sipag, malasakit, at dedikasyon sa araw-araw.

Noong Oktubre 16, 2025, ang Rural Health Unit (RHU) ng Libungan sa pangunguna nina Sanitary Inspectors Concepcion Asis, RM at Sherlyn Malaguia, RM, ay nagsagawa ng pulong at oryentasyon kasama ang lahat ng may-ari at kinatawan ng mga Water Refilling Station sa buong munisipalidad ng Libungan.

Layunin ng naturang aktibidad na mapalakas ang kaalaman at kamalayan ng mga water refilling station owners hinggil sa tamang pamantayan sa kalinisan, kaligtasan, at kalidad ng inuming tubig alinsunod sa mga batas at patakarang pangkalusugan ng Department of Health (DOH).

Ang oryentasyon ay pinangunahan ng Resource Speaker na si Engr. Kamarudin Konakon, Regional Sanitary Inspector, na nagbahagi ng mahahalagang impormasyon tungkol sa water sanitation standards, periodic water testing, at responsibilidad ng mga water refilling station sa pagpapanatili ng ligtas na tubig para sa publiko.

Ang RHU Libungan ay patuloy na nagsasagawa ng mga ganitong gawain bilang bahagi ng kanilang adbokasiya sa kalusugan at kalinisan ng komunidad, upang matiyak na ang bawat mamamayan ng Libungan ay may access sa malinis at ligtas na inuming tubig.

Isang magnitude 7.6 na lindol ang yumanig sa Davao Oriental at mga karatig nitong probinsya pasado 9am. Nagbabala ang PHIVOLCS ng posibilidad ng mga aftershock na maaaring magdulot ng karagdagang pinsala sa mga gusali at kabahayan.
Paalala ng DOH: Maging alerto at mag-ingat mula sa aftershocks at tsunami dulot ng lindol.

✅ Gamitin ang first aid kit kapag may sugat sa katawan at humingi ng tulong kapag kailangan ng atensyon medikal.

✅ Suriin ang bahay para sa anumang sira at bitak. Tignan kung may tagas ang gas tank at isara agad ang main switch.

✅ Iwasan ang mga gusaling may bitak, nakalaylay na kuryente, lupang maaaring gumuho, at dalampasigan

✅ Ihanda ang Go Bag kung sakaling kailangan lumikas.

✅ Bantayan ang abiso ng lokal na pamahalaan.

🎉 Tagumpay sa IPCC Roll-Out Training para sa Bakuna Champions! 💉🗣️

Noong Oktubre 1, 2025, matagumpay na isinagawa ang Roll-Out Orientation on Interpersonal Communication and Counseling (IPCC) para sa mga Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) mula sa walong prayoridad na barangay ng Libungan: Abaga (2), Baguer (4), Cabaruyan (6), Cabpangi (4), Gumaga (6), Montay (5), Poblacion (7), at Sinawingan (3) — kabuuang 37 BHWs ang dumalo at nagsanay!

Ang aktibidad na ito ay alinsunod sa DOH Health Promotion Playbook on Bakuna Champion, na layuning palakasin ang kakayahan ng mga BHW sa mahusay na pakikipag-usap, pakikinig, at pagbibigay ng payo sa mga kabarangay tungkol sa pagbabakuna. Sa pamamagitan ng IPCC, mas nagiging handa ang ating mga BHW na maging tunay na Bakuna Champions — may tiwala, may malasakit, at may kakayahang makipag-ugnayan nang epektibo.

We are bursting with pride to announce the remarkable achievements of the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Libungan at the recent Cotabato Provincial Health Summit 2025 with the theme “HONORING UNWAVERING COMMITMENT AND COLLECTIVE ACTION TOWARDS HEALTHIER COTABATO”.

Our stellar team, led by Dr. Nikki Regine P. Pader-Aying, RN, CFP, Municipal Health Officer, and represented by John Cesar F. Allado, RN, Nurse III, Rosemae A. Padua, RN, Nurse I, Krishia Mae A. Madrid, RMT, MPA, Medical Technologist I, and Concepcion D. Asis, RM, Sanitation Inspector II, brought home an incredible collection of awards, proving Libungan's dedication to excellent and resilient health service.
