Why salads?
Starting your meals with a bowl of salad helps a lot with weight loss. Aside from low-cal meals, they’re high in fiber and rich in other nutrients, they also help you feel full easily, while you eat less on remaining meals and ultimately lose weight.
Why Gwen’s homemade?
Homemade food is the best health well food and if you care too much about the cleanliness, healthiness, the freshness of the meal; then our menu is just right for you. Also, some people who do not like to eat fruits, can relish Gwen’s homemade containing fruits and vegetables and eat it as a whole meal or in-between snacks. They are a good source of powerful antioxidants that protect the body from damage caused by free radicals.
What comprises a healthy salad?
Include greens and pack your salads with as many other veggies or fruits as possible. But the star ingredients for weight loss are tomato and cucumber which are one of the main ingredients of Gwen’s homemade. Their high water & fiber content and low energy density & carbohydrates help to get rid of body fat. Cucumber and tomato can stimulate weight loss. Both of them are diuretic and have high water content. This helps the body to get rid of excess accumulated toxins and stimulate its natural process.
