A short self-reflection activity opened the session of ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐๐ ๐ข. ๐ก๐๐ฒ๐๐ผ as she discussed โ๐๐ข๐ท๐ช๐จ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ข๐บโ๐ด ๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐ญ๐ฅ: ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ธ๐ช๐ต๐ฉ ๐๐ถ๐ญ๐ญ๐ช๐ฆ๐ด ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ฏ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐จ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด.โ She explained the meaning and different types of bullying, including cyberbullying, and explored the dynamics behind why bullying occurs. Ms. Nuevo also emphasized the various online dangers students may encounter and the importance of being cautious in digital spaces. She shared practical strategies for staying vigilant, combating bullying, and practicing healthy online habits. The session concluded with an anti-bullying commitment activity, encouraging students to take an active role in cultivating a safe and positive community.
Followed by a thought-provoking discussion opened the session of ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐ช๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ as he presented โ๐๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ต๐ฉ ๐๐ธ๐ข๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด.โ He emphasized the importance of understanding mental health and breaking the stigma surrounding mental disorders, highlighting that these conditions are real and can affect anyone regardless of age or background. He also stressed the importance of acknowledging emotions, seeking help, and supporting one another, reminding participants that mental health conditions are treatable and manageable.
