Sometimes headaches occur because of eyestrain from staring at a computer for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Here are some tips for easing headaches caused by eyestrain.

3. Adjust your screen: Make sure your computer screen is at a comfortable distance and angle, and that the text is large enough to read easily.

4. Use good lighting: Make sure the room is well-lit, but avoid harsh overhead lighting. Use a desk lamp to direct light onto your work area.

5. Limit screen time: Try to reduce the amount of time you spend staring at screens, especially late at night when the blue light from screens can disrupt your sleep.
