| Flexi-Place Work Arrangement

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, the University will implement a Flexi-Place Work Arrangement as part of the government’s energy conservation efforts.

Starting March 9, 2026, offices will observe a four-day onsite workweek (Tuesday–Friday), with Monday designated as Work-From-Home (WFH). University services will remain fully operational online on Mondays, and clients are encouraged to utilize official email channels and the SINTA portal for transactions.

Classes will shift to online modality every Monday.

Sa bisa ng EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. DHT- 60 Series of 2023, mahigpit na ipinag-uutos ang PAGSUSUOT NG FACE MASK SA LAHAT NG INDOOR SETTINGS, GAYUNDIN SA MGA OUTDOOR AREA kung saan hindi nasusunod ang physical distancing.

Ito’y dahil sa nakababahalang ng mga kaso ng sakit tulad ng sipon, ubo, at pneumonia.

Para sa lahat ng kinauukulan, pinaaalahanang ipatupad ang mga sumusunod na hakbang para sa pag-iwas at pagkontrol ng mga nasabing sakit:

• Ang MANDATORY na pagsusuot ng FACE MASK ay ipapatupad sa mga indoor settings at sa mga outdoor settings kung saan hindi masusunod ang physical distancing.
• AGAD NA MAG-ISOLATE kung makararanas ng mga sintomas na kahalintulad ng trangkaso gaya ng ubo, sipon, pananakit ng lalamunan, o lagnat.
• Bilang panuntunan, ang PAGSUSURI (TESTING) para sa mga pinaghihinalaang kaso at indibidwal na may bahagyang sintomas ay OPSYONAL.

Para naman sa PANGKALAHATANG PUBLIKO, upang matiyak ang minimal local transmission, isagawa ang mga sumusunod na antas ng proteksyon:

• Magsuot ng face mask sa mga pampublikong lugar, ospital, klinika, at mga panloob na lugar kung saan hindi masusunod ang physical distancing.
• Magpa-update ng mga bakuna gaya ng flu vaccine at pneumococcal vaccine.
• Mag-isolate sa sarili kung may nararanasang sintomas.

We know you’ve seen the increasing HIV numbers.

We just want you to know that this could be because of more people getting tested. With more people getting tested, we’re also seeing more HIV-positive results.

We understand. This can bring up a lot of emotions—worry, fear, sadness, even confusion. Those feelings are valid.

But here’s an important reminder:
An HIV-positive result does not mean failure. It’s not the end.

It’s the beginning of access to treatment, support, and a healthy future.

No one is alone in this. There is care. There is hope. There is a community that sees you—with no judgment, only support. And this community will stand by you every step of the way.
