Join us for Mysore Ashtanga Sadhana this April 19 at Botanic Gardens ✨

If you’ve attended at least 4 of our Friday Ashtanga classes, this is the perfect way to deepen into your practice of the Ashtanga style as you will be practicing it at your own pace + breath.

This is a free class for our regular students. Just bring your own mat, entrance fee and vegetarian food to share.
