Health and Allied Sciences Society (HEALS) commits itself to:
1. To promote active participation among students through unified and skillful leadership, anchored to the core values of nursing
2. To develop and maximize the capabilities of students in academic and non-academic performances
3. To be the base organization for students desiring for positive change
5. To encourage students in uplifting their quality of leadership

We’re proud to share the success of our BS Nursing Seminar held at the TRACE Glass House, with the powerful theme: “Nutrition for a Healthy Mind and Body: Feed Your Focus, Fuel Your Future.” 🌱🧠💪

It was a day filled with learning, inspiration, and empowerment, as students and professionals came together to explore the vital connection between nutrition, mental health, and physical well-being.

🌿🧠 A Successful Seminar on Mental Health Awareness & Destigmatization!. 💚

The TRACE College – College of Nursing proudly held a meaningful and insightful seminar titled “Mental Health Awareness & Destigmatization” last October 1 , 2025, at the TRACE Glass House.

This event aimed to shed light on the importance of understanding mental health, breaking the stigma surrounding it, and promoting compassion and empathy within the community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our guest speaker, Mr. James Christian Espayos, MPsy, RPm, CMHT, a Registered Psychometrician, Certified Mental Health Trainer, and Psychology Professor for sharing his deep knowledge, inspiring stories, and practical tips for maintaining a healthy mind.

The seminar was filled with learning, interaction, and reflection—reminding everyone that mental health matters just as much as physical health. Together, we can build a culture of openness, kindness, and awareness.

Congratulations to all the organizers, nursing students, and participants who made this event a resounding success!
