Hands connected. Hearts open. Souls aligned.

It is Day 3. Our Soulpreneurs began the morning at the waterfalls, where the sound of flowing water reminded us of renewal and movement.

We opened the day with gentle yoga and stretching, grounding our bodies… followed by intention setting and manifestation, aligning our hearts with what we choose to create. ✨

There is something powerful about beginning the day in stillness. Listening to nature, listening to the breath, and listening to the truth inside ourselves. 🤍

Here’s to clarity, alignment, and the courage to call in the life we deserve.

This afternoon, our Soulpreneurs were reminded of something powerful. Healing doesn’t always have to be heavy.

Sometimes, transformation happens through play, laughter, and shared meals. 🌈

From fun group games to laughter yoga that opened the heart,
to a joyful boodle fight feast that celebrated community and abundance. We re-learned what it means to connect without masks, and to receive joy without guilt. 🤍🍽️

Because the soul heals fastest when it feels safe, supported, and seen.

And today, we didn’t just build skills… we built family. ✨

Today, our Soulpreneurs faced one of the most powerful journeys of healing: returning to the child within.

Through guided exercises, we allowed ourselves to feel again:
to laugh, cry, shake, remember… and finally release. 🤍

Because sometimes, the parts of us that are hurting are not broken, they’re just waiting to be seen, heard, and held with love.

Here’s to reconnecting with innocence, joy, and play.
Here’s to meeting our younger selves with compassion.

Through the forest trail, Day 2 of the Soulpreneurs started when they learned to trust the ground beneath them — one step, one breath, one intention at a time. 🍃

And when they reached the muddy waters, they faced what many avoid:
the parts of themselves that felt heavy, painful, or forgotten.

With their hands deep in the earth, they honored their past…
and with every release, they made space for something new to grow. 🌱

Mud became a powerful symbol:
what once weighed us down can also become the soil where strength is reborn.

Healing isn’t always clean, quiet, or easy —
sometimes it looks like sinking your hands into the mess and choosing to rise anyway. 🤍

The first day closed with a calm that wasn’t there this morning. Batch 5 showed pieces of themselves they usually hide, and that alone shifted the energy. You could feel truth rising quietly, without force. Today felt like the beginning of remembering who they are. This was a moment worth keeping. And tomorrow, Day 2 will take us deeper. There’s more opening coming. More honesty. More of themselves finally stepping forward.
