The Psych spirit doesn’t just live within the walls of CAS… ‘coz apparently it booked a trip to the 2026 PRISAA Regional Meet too! ✈️

Despite the quiet weight of sacrifice, the long hours of unswerving training, and the wearied days that they bravely kept to themselves, they withstood the grind and paved the game with Psych pride and held their heads high at the 2026 PRISAA Regional Meet in San Pablo City, Laguna, on March 19–22.

Seren, a young Badjao girl, finds comfort beneath the sea, a space that reflects her deep connection to her culture and way of life, away from the misunderstandings she encounters on land. When Gia, a psychology student, visits the community, she approaches with humility and respect, opening conversations about mental well-being in ways that honor local perspectives. As Seren begins to reflect on her inner world, she is left with a quiet, lingering question—echoing her journey toward understanding, dignity, and the courage to be heard.
