READ I With the increasing number of individuals infected with COVID-19 variants of concern, the Department of Health (DOH) region 2 has recommended the conduct of aggressive community testing in areas of special concern.

Dr. Ma. Angelica Taloma, focal person on COVID-19, said they identified the areas of concern in the region based from the number of active cases, the epidemic risk classification, health care utilization and those with variants of concern.
