Due to the large number of attendees during the Free X-ray activity, many individuals required further testing for tuberculosis through GeneXpert (GXpert) processing. As a result, a high volume of sputum samples was collected for laboratory examination. Since the GeneXpert machine can only process a limited number of samples at a time and each test takes approximately two hours to complete, the laboratory staff needed to render overtime in order to accommodate and process all collected specimens. This ensures that the samples are tested promptly and that patients receive their results without unnecessary delay, allowing for immediate management and treatment of those who may be diagnosed with tuberculosis. w/ Municipal Government Of M'lang

Free Chest X-Ray: A Disease Prevention and Treatment Campaign

To promote a healthier community, a Free Chest X-Ray Screening have conducted as part of a Disease Prevention and Treatment Campaign. This initiative aims to help in the early detection of lung and respiratory diseases, including conditions such as Tuberculosis, Pneumonia, and other chest-related illnesses.
Early diagnosis plays a vital role in preventing the spread of disease and ensuring timely treatment. Through this campaign, community members will have the opportunity to undergo free chest X-ray screening, receive proper medical evaluation, and be referred for further consultation if necessary.
