Qualifications:
- Must be a Senior High School graduate (healthcare account experience is a plus but not required)

- Flexible with shifting schedules
- Strong analytical and listening skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient in basic computer operations
- Must be willing to work onsite at SM Clark, Pampanga

🔹 Team Leader (RCM / DME)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of RCM and DME processes
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in EHR and CRM systems
- Six Sigma White or Yellow Belt Certification is preferred

🔹 Quality Assurance Specialist
Open Position: Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a QA role
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a QA position
- Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical mindset with excellent decision-making skills
- Six Sigma White Belt or Yellow Belt Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) processes
- Medical background is a plus but not required
