Last December 2019 in Wuhan, China , many people began to experience the symptoms of an illness that doesn’t respond well to standard treatment also known as COVID -19. They found evidence of possible human to human transmission. Nationwide lockdown was implemented in the Philippines, and almost all jobs and schools were closed. Everyone was worried about what would happen next. The government issued a protocol they implemented per barangay where the family must have a quarantine pass. They also limit who can leave their houses and wearing a face mask and face shield when going outside is a must. They also implemented to always wash hands, sanitize using alcohol and follow social distancing.

Now, it is voluntary to wear a facemask because cases of COVID-19 decrease. Masid is a project that aims to inform other people that we still need to follow safety protocols because COVID-19 is still out there.
