BLOOD DONOR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 18–60 years old (16–17 with parental consent)
✔️ At least 50 kg (110 lbs)
✔️ In good health (no fever, cough, or flu)
✔️ Well-rested and had enough sleep
✔️ No alcohol intake 24 hrs before donation
✔️ Not on certain medications (e.g., antibiotics)
✔️ No recent surgery, pregnancy, or tattoos/piercing (within 1 year)
