We are honored to share the meaningful medical volunteer journey of the Korean Association of Women Dentists (President: Sohee Jang, hereafter referred to as KAWD) conducted a medical volunteer service for three days from February 27 to March 1 at The Sisters of Mary School in Cebu, a vocational school located in Cebu, Philippines.

They donated 2,000 Vussen toothbrushes provided by Osstem Implant. They also delivered 5 million KRW as a fund to help purchase a dental unit chair, along with an additional donation of USD 1,000.
Senior Vice President Sujin Kim also visited the homes of local students who are experiencing financial hardship and delivered 20 kg of rice and 7 kg of infant formula for young children to each household.|

Last week, we kicked off Day 1 & 2 of the Manila Basic Implant Master Course. It was a busy two days of lectures and hands-on drills with our OIC lecturers, Dr. Gary Brillo and Dr. Aaron Besana.

Our participating doctors got straight to work practicing with Osstem models, fixtures, and implant machines,it’s always great to see that first step into the world of implantology!
