He is the author of “The Healthy Life” and “We Don’t Die, We Kill Ourselves. Dr. Cris along with his wife, Dr. Linda Enriquez are the hosts of ”The Healthy Life TV program which airs three times a week on Light TV Channel 33 (Fridays, 8:30-9:30 PM; replays on Mondays, 10:00-10:30 AM and Wednesdays, 3:00-3:30 PM) and once a week on GMA News TV (Sundays, 6:30-7:00 AM).
