Dr. Marshall Valencia conducted the HR Analytics and Power BI for Data-Driven HR Decision-Making training at the Social Security System Main Office on February 22 and 25, 2026. 📊

Over the two days, HR practitioners from SSS worked with their data, explored how to organize HR reports, practiced reading patterns in their numbers, and learned ways to present findings more clearly in their day-to-day work. The sessions were filled with thoughtful questions, shared experiences, and hands-on activities.
