There are days when I’m doing the work, checking the boxes, staying focused… and yet something inside feels tight, restless, or slightly off.

I’ve learned that in those moments, pushing harder doesn’t help.

What helps is pausing. Breathing. Creating space for clarity to surface.

In 2026, AD TE REDI; Not becoming someone new but remembering who you truly are.

This year, I’m choosing to be more intentional with how I move forward through the year: to be less reactive, less driven by urgency, and always anchored in my own wisdom.

Through reflection and inner work, I’m rediscovering myself, allowing growth to emerge from alignment rather than pressure.

And so, my phrase for 2026 is AD TE REDI — return to yourself.

There’s no need to chase a new you. Instead, bring to the surface the true you.

Today, I held our first online Reiki 1 class for 2026, using the handbook we lovingly created in 2024, along with the attunement layout featuring the Reiki symbols.

Time moves quickly. If you had told me years ago that my path in holistic healing would include teaching Reiki, I probably wouldn’t have believed it.

Every Reiki class brings me back to my own journey — where I began, what Reiki has supported me through, and how I envision to continue sharing it in a way that feels practical, grounded, and supportive.

My intention remains simple: to help you integrate Reiki into your daily life, so it becomes a steady guide for clarity, balance, and personal growth.
