YOGI BHAJAN LECTURE - CRISIS MAKES YOU WEAK
When the crisis hit, you should never feel tense, because that's all the crisis can do. Crisis can't kill you and they cannot make you live and they can't give you and they cannot take away anything either.
All the crisis can do, is make you tense, emotional and weak. And that's quite a lot, isn't it? Then why to be befriendly with the crisis? What's the big idea, and what's the hurry?
Crisis have come, they have hit you, just take it easy, and bless them. Sing lullaby to them, put them to sleep. Very easy to say, it is difficult to do. But if you understand the relevant values that by crisis I'll become tense, weak and insane.
By singing to lullaby I'll be happy and crisis will be put to sleep. You know what a victory that is? But you have to talk to yourself.
