As a trans woman, I have been battling with gender dysphoria because of my voice for the longest time. It changed when I discovered IMVC Manila. I had my Voice Feminization surgery with IMVC Manila last February 11, 2022. I have been researching for doctors and facilities that offers the procedure until I came across with Ishiki Memorial Voice Center. I must say from my very 1st inquiry with Mam Leanne to the 1st teleconsultation with the doctors (Dr. John Espina & Dr. Shamylle Quinto), I already felt their professionalism.

The consultation went great, all my inquiries & questions were answered. They are very patient oriented that’s the reason I entrusted myself to them because I know they will take care of me.

Then came the face-to-face consultation with Dr. Espina, he welcomed me and showed me the whole facility which I was very in awe because of the world class quality of the equipment. Next was the surgery day, I was accommodated right away, and I have received a world class and high standard of care.

The surgery was successful. I was amazed by the results, they showed me the pre-op and post-op difference of my voice. I was so happy that I couldn’t hold back my tears due to happiness. My journey with IMVC Manila has been nothing but great. Thank you to all the staff and doctors for taking care of me and I salute you all for a job well done.

Found a lump in your neck?

If you’ve recently noticed a lump or swelling in your neck, don’t panic but don’t ignore it either. Neck lumps can have many causes, from simple infections, lymph nodes secondary to infections, thyroid or salivary gland issues.
