Hello everyone! I am Baby Leeana or Baby Yana Astrid Marga Chloe for short (my titas gave me those names hihi). I was born prematurely at 27 weeks, thats 2-3 mos before my organs be fully developed. Despite that, I am fighting to survive and to overcome these medical problems and complications through God's grace. However, this battle might be long and now that I am 6 mos old we earnestly need your prayers, love and support. Please allow me to share my journey with you by following us!! It's been a while…

Thank you for all your prayers, my tracheostomy had been successful! Sorry if we have not posted for quite some time. I had good days and bad days but here I am still keeping up with this battle. I am 6 months old now.

I am so thankful to my tita nurses and doctors in MMC NICU who gave me a special surprise party in celebration of my 6 months. I will definitely miss them as I move to another hospital soon. They have been my angels, the ones who really took care of me beyond call of duty from the day I was born. I deeply appreciate all their love and support not only to me but also to my family. I really wish I could stay but due to our family’s current financial circumstance, I have to transfer to a government hospital. I know it was the plan from the start, just that I was too unstable and fragile to be transferred.

I have got more to overcome due to complications because of my prematurity - severe Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, recurrent infections, electrolyte abnormalities, pulmonary edema, retinopathy of prematurity, malnutrition and pulmonary hypertension but I know I can do it with all your prayers and support.

Our family is doing their best to raise funds for my hospital bills but we are still way behind and this battle might be long. For this reason, we are continuously knocking on your good hearts for support. No amount is small. Every bit of your financial help will count.

Today I celebrate my 4th month! 😊

I thank Lord God for being with me everyday and all of you for your love and support.

Tomorrow, I will face another challenge as I undergo tracheostomy. I have been intubated for long and been fighting with all the complications brought by it. I can't afford to go for another reintubation so doctor said I need to go for tracheostomy (creating an opening in the neck in order to place a tube).

I know Lord God is always with me that's why I am not afraid plus I have all your love and support.

Please pray for my successful operation tomorrow. Thank you!! ❤🙏

Happy 100 days baby Yana! ❤💕

She's still on ventilator support but continues to fight -- has endured being revived 2 times, reintubated 11 times, blood transfused 5 times, scary episodes of apnea, multiple injections and fought pneumonia and other infections.

We celebrate her victories, no matter how small and thank God every day, every hour for her.

Earnestly asking for your prayers and support as she continues to battle with chronic lung disease and other complications such as brain and eye injuries due to prolonged intubation.

We continue to plead for your help and prayers.

Our baby Leeana has been in NICU for nearly 3 months now. Unfortunately, she's still intubated, battling with Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), a breathing disorder where an infant's lungs become irritated and do not develop normally. Doctor said that she may require to stay in NICU for two to three months more depending on her progress.

Despite her condition and through all the pain, Baby Leeana continues to fight. She has endured being reintubated 7 times, fought pneumonia and infections, multiple tests and injections. Please help us give her a fighting chance to survive and live a happy, normal life.

As of this date, her hospital bills are piling faster than we can keep up with. We are way behind in hospital bill payments. For this reason, we are asking for your good heart's help in raising funds for our baby.

Baby Leeana, a 27 week-old (only 6 months and 3 weeks old) premature baby or preemie born on November 30, 2020. Weighing only 650 grams upon birth. She has been in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit (NICU) for almost three months already.

Hi! I’m Leeana.

Last November 27, my mom was rushed to and eventually confined in the hospital due to her bleeding and blood pressure shooting up. Her doctor had no choice but to deliver me via emergency caesarean section since both mom and me are already having complications. Last November 30 at around 7:00 PM, I was born prematurely at 27 weeks.

The delivery was successful, however, my mom needed a blood transfusion immediately. Luckily, one of my Aunt was compatible with mom’s rare blood type. I’m currently in the NICU because some of my organs were not fully developed yet. The doctors told mom and dad that I will be staying here for at least 2 to 3 months to be fully recovered. Unfortunately, our savings has been depleted because of my mom's high-risk pregnancy and my current condition.

Our family is humbly seeking for your good heart for my continuous medications and hospital bills. Any amount will be much appreciated.
