"KAILANGAN KO PA BA NYAN?"
"DAANIN KO NALANG SA KAIN, NO NEED."
I have recently talked to countless people who happens to be uninformed or misinformed about this. I can't blame them, these are legit concerns, and I hope to help everyone with this simple information that might give you an option in the end.
*******
In today's society, we are obviously overfed but undernourished (repeat after me: OVERFED but UNDERNOURISHED!) Di lahat ng masarap, masustansya. At di lahat ng masustansya, masarap.
Kadalasan, dun nalang sa masarap at trending, bahala na magkasakit after. And it only goes to show the consequences in the long run - physical, emotional and financial burden of getting sick.
How to possibly prevent them?
Aside from "timely and correct" diet and lifestyle (e.g. exercise, good sleep and hydration), SUPPLEMENTATION greatly help!
Why?
Many of us can't eat everything, and certainly can't get everything. IF I can eat 85 bananas in a day for some vitamin alone, I think I'll go worse for eating that 85 bananas in the first place - lungad na, empacho pa! Common example: may mga kaya ngang mag isang litro ng milk tea, ang tanong, healthy ba?
A balanced daily diet is good, but we still need supplementation to provide the ones we can't get on a daily basis, especially those nutrients na di madaling hanapin o bilhin.
Aside from having life insurance for our future, let's prioritize our HEALTH Insurance in the PRESENT! And not just us, but our loved ones as well.
What's the use of all our wealth and dreams in the first place, if we can't enjoy them in the prime years of our lives? And if we were the ones suffering, won't our loved ones suffer too?
Take care of the present first!
And never neglect the power of supplementation, that's why it was made.
I thought I never needed it myself, but from all these learnings and realizations, I know everyone deserves the better option to good health.
We just have to make the right choice.
