As someone who survived narcissistic abuse from a previous business partner who was clinically diagnosed with multiple psychiatric disorders....I know exactly what that statement means.

The silent wounds, The self-doubt. The psychological confusion. The exhaustion of explaining yourself while others dismiss your pain. You are expected not to cry and you are expected to stay silent. But I’m still here. Healing. Learning. Rebuilding. And speaking up because silence only protects the abusers, never the victim.

My recovery is still a journey, but I refuse to be defined by someone's disorders or by the trauma they created.

𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

I, Elpidio Mijares Jugalbot III, RN, the founder of HERBIV, am living proof that you can rise again even after the deepest wounds. I am here to show you that healing is possible, strength is rebuildable, and purpose can be found again after pain.
