Pat Santos Flows Vinyasa, Inside Flow, Sound Bath, Pilates with Pat Santos She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Lotus Shores, Siargao Island, in 2021.

Pat is a multifaceted wellness facilitator, blending her roles as yoga and pilates instructor, sound healer, and DJ. Pat crafts her classes to build strength, stability, and exploration. Her asana specializations are Inside Flow (Vinyasa on Beat), Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Contemporary Pilates Reformer. As a DJ, Pat curates electronic music journeys. Beyond the decks, she channels music further as she plays Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls to harness the healing frequencies of sound to promote release. Ever the mentor and guide, she encourages her students to approach their path to well-being with curiosity and playfulness.
