That’s right!
You only need two sessions per week to see results. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?
⚡️During EMS Workout, We are activating all muscle fibers in the body therefore, it’s a true full body workout as every movement involves every muscle. With EMS every second our muscle are experiencing around eighty five contractions. To put this into perspective, Every rep during a traditional workout causes ONE Contraction. 😮 Yes! So within a 20 minute Session this equals to around 3 - 4 hour gym time with everything combined, We need to give the body around 3-4 days minimum to recover. 💪🏻
