The Eyes have it! Fresh younger looking.

Brow descent pushes the skin of the upper lids and it looks like excess eyelid skin. Hence majority would just do a simple upper blepharoplasty. However it does not solve the problem and sometimes makes the issue worse by pulling down the brows.

Solution: lift the brows from within and release orbital ligaments and reposition the brows to its original or higher position.... Without the visible scar.
