Nadine Bautista or Teacher Adie is a graduate of B.S. Speech-Language Pathology from De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (2022). She initially chose this course for pre-med but slowly discovered how special it was. She fell in love with the idea of helping people express themselves and find their voices and in so doing, empowering the families who support them. Growing up shy, she thought she could never be in a profession where she had to talk all day. But, while being a doctor was once the dream, being an SLP is where her heart truly found its place.
Outside of work, T. Adie enjoys painting, making clay, nail and digital art — sometimes as commissions or just to recharge. She loves traveling but more so when exploring different spots for free diving, seeing beautiful corals and sea creatures up close. She shares these experience with her students during pretend play but would love for them to see these living things in the wild!❤️
