Philippine Cerebral Palsy Incorporated At PCPI, it is our goal that persons with CP maximize their full potential. Philippine Cerebral Palsy (Habilitation Center), Inc.

is the first and ONLY private NGO meeting the needs for the care and management of persons with Cerebral Palsy other motor-related disabilities regardless of race, creed, color, economic and social standing. Founded in January 25, 1956 formerly as the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project. Inc., this Center remains steadfast in its advocacy for inclusion and acceptance of all special needs individuals.
