The Philippine Hospital Project Development Corporation (PHD) is a private engineering corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission actively involved in the healthcare infrastructure sector. It currently serves a network of major public hospitals nationwide. PHD begun its initial activities on April 1998, executing four Austrian government-funded projects with the Department of Health (DOH). Together with PVS GmbH (Austria), it was involved in establishing hospital waste water treatment facility projects, actively continuing so to this day. After completion of said projects, PHD organized the Waste Water Treatment Technology Group (WWTTG) composed of an experienced team to keep providing the servicing needs of said hospital waste water treatment facilities.
