We care about our patients a whole lot, and we appreciate the panoramic xray as a tool to make our treatment more efficient. But this one is heartbreaking for us just by seeing it. Patient came to our office suffering major pain and an impacted wisdom tooth caused a huge cavity on the 2nd molar and we are all for saving it by doing root canal therapy but in this case I have to take it out as well. Get panoramic xray upon check up you guys, the importance is underrated. It’s been a day and I still think about this case. 😢💔
