To all our loyal Phone-A-Massage customers,

We regret to inform you that we have decided to close down the Phone-A-Massage Main Branch. Our last day of business will be on January 15, 2020. After that date, Phone-A-Massage will no longer be offering massage services.

Please be wary of individuals wanting to use our company name as we will no longer be responsible for your safety and security.

The decision to close down this business was not an easy one and we enjoyed the relationships with our customers over the years. We would like to thank all of our customers that we have done business with over the years. Phone-A-Massage could not have been as successful as it was without your loyalty. GUIDELINES
Cancellation / No Show Policy: Please provide a minimum of 3 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage session to avoid a cancellation charge of up to session fee. In an emergency situation we appreciate any notice you may give. If our therapist arrives for your outcall session and you are not home, the full session fee including any applicable travel fees will be billed to you.

Travel Fees: No additional fees for commutes within a 30 minute drive radius. There would be a required minimum number of hours in a massage for longer commutes.

Same day appointments: We recommend you make your appointment in advance to ensure availability. However, same day sessions are available, schedule permitting.
