Held last September 6, 2025, the Outstanding Professionals of the Year Awards (OPYA)—organized by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in partnership with the Foundation for Outstanding Professionals, Inc. (FOP) and the Philippine Association of the Professional Regulatory Board Members, Inc. (PAPRB)—recognizes exemplary professionals who have made significant contributions to their fields.
