Brahma Kumaris Makati

Brahma Kumaris Makati We offer the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation as a way of experiencing peace of mind and a positive We are a family.

We sit together, learn together and make progress together. We have young members, old timers and seniors, all on the path towards self-renewal. We believe each one is a special soul in this

wonderful journey of self- transformation, bringing out our highest potential during this most auspicious time. We welcome anyone from any religion and ethnic group. We are present in key cities in the Philippines and travel around the country to help others on their journey using the principles we have learned and benefited from. We are also non-stock and non-profit, moving out of love and gratitude for we have received much. We maintain our centers and facilities through voluntary contributions so that we can continue to serve many more. Through regular meditation, daily study and positive action, we seek to help people rediscover their inherent goodness and develop their spiritual awareness as we have started to do ourselves.

I amplify what is best in each person. Instead of scanning for flaws, I train my attention to notice strengths, intentions, and quiet efforts that often go unseen. What I focus on grows, and when I choose to highlight someone’s best qualities, I help create space for those qualities to expand. This doesn’t mean ignoring imperfections; it means believing that encouragement is more powerful than criticism. Every interaction becomes a chance to reflect back to others the light they may forget they carry. In doing so, I strengthen trust, deepen connection, and quietly contribute to an atmosphere where people feel safe to become their highest selves.

It’s Time...

Patience is the gentle strength that allows us to stay peaceful while life unfolds at its own pace. It is the ability to wait without frustration, to trust without anxiety, and to move forward without rushing the process.

In a fast world that demands quick results, patience teaches us the beauty of timing. It reminds us that growth is often invisible before it becomes visible, and that not everything meant for us arrives immediately — some things arrive rightly.

Patience helps us listen better, respond more kindly, and remain steady in challenging moments. It softens our reactions, deepens our understanding, and brings calmness to our thoughts.

When we practice patience, we create space for clarity, wisdom, and peace to guide our actions.

Patience is not passive waiting.
It is peaceful trust in motion.

Here is the second thought we would like you to ponder over today…

You may have come across the idea that contentment is the mother of all virtues. What are your thoughts on this? It may help you to think back to the last time you felt truly contented, how was that feeling?

Release the expectation to change others. When your own thinking transforms, situations naturally begin to cooperate.
