Our current dilemma is dealing with long-term, chronic insufficiencies that often reduce the quality of life and may lead to both known and unknown consequences. But, understanding the history of vitamins shows just how powerful and important these micronutrients are to life, but also illustrate some very interesting and complex science and detective work.
