🌸🌺💐IT was truly a privilege and an honor to be part of the 26th UP College of Medicine International Grand Scientific Symposium held at the UP Open University, Los Baños, Laguna, with the timely and meaningful theme:
“Living Well. Aging Well. A Holistic Approach to Longevity" last Nov 21-22, 2025 .
It was a powerful learning experience—medical experts across multiple specialties shared the latest insights and perspectives on how we can simply live well and age well.
Together with Dr. Alvin Mojica, a cardiovascular physiatrist, we explored the topic “S*x in the Aging”—an eye-opening discussion on intimacy, vitality, and overall well-being in later life.
Truly, aging is inevitable. But no one is ever too old to embrace new beginnings, new opportunities, and a beautiful life journey ahead!!! 🌸🌺🌷

Our HEALTH Is VALUABLE 💕💕
As a woman's wellness advocate, I make a conscious effort to ensure women take charge of their health. Sharing basic knowledge and education to help understand the female body, the physical emotional and mental changes experienced are important to achieve our overall feminine well being.
I'm thankful to the women who have reached out from abroad virtually or face to face ( USA, UK Japan, Kuwait ,Qatar, Saudi, UAE) those who have travelled from afar despite the distance( Tarlac, La Union, Pangasinan, Bataan, Pampanga, Laguna, Batangas, Catanduanes, Leyte, Cebu Palawan, Sorsogon, Zamboanga, Isabela, Aklan, Cagayan) and those who consistently find time to come for their regular check ups.
Preventive health practices should be at the forefront. It ensures an enjoyable and good quality of life!

GENDER REVEAL:
Delivering babies whether by normal va**nal route or cesarean section require training, skill and experience. It's the culmination of a pregnant woman's nine month journey to motherhood.
However, the most fulfilling experience I have as an OBGYN is sharing caring and be a total part of this incredible journey - every minute and developmental stage of pregnancy.
Nowadays when 'fetal gender' is readily available by ultrasound,
IT NO longer is a woman's journey ALONE but has become A CONJUGAL partnership between the woman and the partner and between the baby and the doctor.
This has become an exciting thrilling one of a kind memorable
Celebration in a woman's journey.
Am so blessed to be part of this journey.
