ECHOyoga Shala A Yoga Community Center focused on ECHO = Empowerment Care Health Oneness Mysore classes are from 6-9am, with Led classes Sundays.

ECHOyoga Shala classes are offered at the New World Hotel Fitness Center in Makati City. Guided Ashtanga is offered some mornings and afternoons. If yoga is to be embraced for a sustainable lifestyle, ECHOyoga Shala’s classes, sessions, workshop, community talks are sequenced and offered to guide the students in their yoga practice and discipline to develop a strong healthy Body, a steady focused Mind, a compassionate Heart. The ultimate goal is the development of a personal Self-Practice and tools that can be used for a deeper appreciation of life.
