This is the reality during the time where in CHAOS..
C - Cash : Payment should be made in cash. No installment terms f.
H - Higher Prices : You need to pay the full contract price of the lot without a chance to avail any discount (except higher inventories). But if pre-need, the memorial lot will increase value over years, thus protecting you against inflation.
A - Alone : If worse comes to worst, you need to decide alone and immediately. There is no enough time to decide any longer. Unlike pre-need, you have time to consult the family members.
O - Ordeal : You are in state of chaos, a painful situation. You are mourning but still need to arrange lot of things especially internment and purchase a lot. But if you purchase a pre-need, you get to prepare for inevitable. You can also avail memorial services in advance. So when the time comes, the only thing left to do is spend the remaining time with your loved ones.
