Making good lifestyle decisions daily is essential to preventing obesity. must maintain an active lifestyle, eat a balanced diet, and get enough sleep to avoid obesity. Refusing certain indulgences, such as soft drinks, or short-distance driving when walking is another way to prevent obesity.
