My 20s felt quick and easy, always high on energy and a few extra workouts and less food will immediately bounce my body back to skinny
My 30s felt fat tbh until I learned that what I’m experiencing is more of bloating and inflammation from stress, overwhelm and a shifting body I’m still trying to understand
Then I learned about a castor oil pack, how it helps stimulate lymphatic flow, helps our body pump out toxins causing the stuck and stagnation. This build up takes a toll in our liver which explains why we seem to feel tired all the time in our 30s
I’ve been at it for a week and so far my tummy does feel less bloated (my shorts feel looser around the tummy area)
