Please take time to read this statement form PIDSP regarding on the issue of rising influenza activity in our country.

Again, as a pediatrician, I cannot overemphasize enough the importance of keeping your child/ren immunization status be up-to-date. Though no vaccines are 100% effective, atleast your kids will be protected from the serious complications that may arise from these vaccine-preventable diseases once they complete their immunization series. So, I encourage all parents/caregivers to please complete your kids' immunization status. If you have concern/s, please don't hesitate to ask your respective doctor.☺️

Kung nalubog ka sa baha kahit wala kang sugat sa paa, uminom ng 2 tableta ng Doxycycline 100 mg sa loob ng 24 oras para pangontra sa leptospirosis. Libre ito sa mga health center.
