As a doctor and as a parent myself, I know how nakaka-worry kapag hindi okay ang baby. Gusto natin lahat ng sagot agad-agad. Pero sana maunawaan ninyo na hindi rin po laging (24/7) available ang doctors sa personal messages. May mga oras din kaming nasa rounds, nasa clinic, or with our families, kaya may mga messages na hindi agad nababasa.

Para mas safe at mas mabilis kayong matulungan:
• For non-urgent concerns, mas maayos po kung dumaan sa clinic o magpa-schedule ng consult.
• For urgent cases, lalo na kung iyak nang iyak si baby or obvious na uncomfortable, best po na diretso ER.

We truly care about your kids, and using the proper channels helps us give them the right and safe care they deserve. Salamat po sa inyong pag-unawa.

Thank you to everyone who dropped by the clinic today. We’re happy to be back in service after the storm.

We’ll still be open tomorrow, but the clinic will be closed from Nov. 13–15 for our team-building and anniversary celebration.
